Once a program, consultation, coaching service, meal plan, workout plan, or digital product has been purchased or delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

Client Responsibility

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:
- A duplicate payment is made accidentally
- The payment is successfully deducted but the service cannot be provided by Fitaholic
